Cancellation & Refund

Transparency is our priority. At Ujwal International Tours, we ensure our travelers are well-informed about the policies regarding booking cancellations and money refunds.

Booking Cancellation

Cancellations must be requested via our official email or contact number. Since we specialize in Flight-Only travel, all cancellations are subject to the specific Airline's policy.

  • Cancellations requested 72 hours before departure incur standard airline charges.
  • Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in "No-Show" status as per airline rules.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only for tickets that are "Refundable" as per the airline's fare type at the time of booking.

Important Note:

Service fees and convenience charges paid at the time of booking are non-refundable. Only the base fare and applicable taxes (as allowed by the airline) will be considered for a refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.

  • Standard processing time: 7 to 14 working days.
  • International flight refunds may take slightly longer depending on the banking partner.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Failure to carry valid travel documents (Passport/Visa).
  • Rejection of Visa by the Embassy.
  • Flight delays or cancellations caused by weather or airline technical issues (Subject to airline compensation policies).
